The gardened patio terrace in the back and the double height of the apartment gives it a character that is not easily found in the neighborhood. The surface area of 242 m2 is distributed over two floors with structural element such as pivoting door panels that allow for the overall space to be integrated or divided into more pri- vate areas, as well as facilitating changes of distribution.
